Sixteen Candles (1984)

Sixteen Candles Movie ReviewRingwald stars as a teenager who's parents forgot her sixteenth birthday. She is ignored by the man she longs for, and constantly followed by a dork (Hall).

One of the staples of 80's teen comedy. Everything is good about this movie. The cast is marvelous, the script hilarious and even the minor characters are valuable to the story. Ringwald is wonderful in the lead role.

Directed by John Hughes.
