A reformed New Jersey cat burglar is blackmailed into pulling one last job by wacky villains who seek to destroy the Earth's monetary system by turning lead into gold. He does this all while trying to get a simple cup of cappuccino.

This is not a great movie - but I love it! I seriously know only two other people who can stomach this film. It is apparently, an acquired taste. It is very, very silly. The supporting cast is hilarious, their antics are a hoot to watch. But Hudson Hawk never tries to be anything it isn't. And it is a great time!

Favorite line: "Hey mister, are you gonna die?"
