Tales from the Crypt Box Set
If you watched HBO in the early ’90s, then there’s a good chance you came across the delightfully twisted series known as Tales from the Crypt. Every week, the ghoulish Cryptkeeper would introduce a new tale of terror, and episodes during the show’s seven seasons boasted such talent as Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt, Demi Moore and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Now thanks to the folks at Amazon, you can pick up all seven seasons (20 discs) with this Tales from the Crypt box set and save $100 off the list price.
Based on the title from EC Comics, Tales from the Crypt was wildly popular thanks to its unedited content on premium cable. Blood flowed, f-bombs were hurled, and naked breasts were routinely visible. In fact, it was so successful that it spawned a cartoon series, game show, three movies (Bordello of Blood, Demon Knight, Ritual), and lots and lots of merchandise. The show can still be seen on Syfy, Chiller, or AMC, but why would you want to watch something that’s had all the good stuff edited out?
That’s where Amazon comes in. Just by clicking on this link, you’ll be taken straight to the page offering the Tales from the Crypt DVD collection. You’ll save big bucks by making your purchase there, and you can rely on Amazon to provide fast delivery and superior service after the sale. So what are you waiting for? This Christmas, give your friends and loved ones the gift of gore.
