Lil Wayne Movies – Lil Wayne Soundtracks
Lil Wayne is quite a character. When he’s not making chart-topping albums or popping up in movies, he’s found time to sire four children, take online psychology courses, write for ESPN, smoke some weed, and do a stint in Rikers Island for gun possession. Now that’s what I call keeping it real.
This article focuses on Lil Wayne movies, whether he’s acting in them or appearing on the soundtrack. I’ll also provide a rundown of all of Lil Wayne’s musical endeavors up until this point, although you’ll have to forgive me if I fail to consistently use words like “ballin’” and “fresh.”

- Baller Blockin’ (2000) – Lil Wayne plays Iceberg Shorty in this No Limit film about drug dealers in the projects. No word if Chris Rock gets a free turkey.
- Who’s Your Caddy (2007) – Lil Wayne has a tiny part in this movie about a rapper (played by Big Boi) who wants to join a prestigious and predominantly white golf club. Whitey doesn’t like it, so the rapper has to use his street smarts to foil the racist old bastards. Co-starring Terry Crews, Jeffrey Jones, Tamala Jones, and Cam Gigandet.
- The Carter Documentary (2009) – Filmed between 2007 and 2008, this documentary follows Lil Wayne before and shortly after the release of Tha Carter III.
